DVB MASTER                    ORDER  C.O.D.

  You can only order c.o.d. if order is over $ 150.00 in total. All C.O.D. order are shipped using Canada post you must be a Canada to use this service.

 Must send us an e-mail with  your address and phone number.

Also include in your e-mail what items you want to order and how many. All C.O.D. must be approved be Dvb Master before they are shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number if approved.

C.O.D. have a $10.00 charge extra add to the shipping total.

You no longer have to worry about have a paypal account or a credit card only pay for your order when it arrive at your door.

In cases of multiple item orders, there is a possibility that we can discount shipping. This is done on a individual basis.

Regular shipping for canadian and USA orders are by UPS and XpressPost .

Most orders from the USA are shipped from our depot in New York by UPS .

Normally, when we have stock of an item, orders will be shipped within 2-5 days.

When backorders occur, we will contact you of this.

The client is responsible for any customs and brokerage fees, and local sales taxes, if applicable.

All sales are final. In the event of a defective items, customer pays for shipping the product to and from us. If your DVB card shows poor results with a 3rd party software, this is not covered in the warranty. Items must be returned with all packaging material and accessories intact.

Only credits will be issued for defective merchandise or returns of another nature.

Returns for other reasons are subject to our approval first. If we accept a to upgrade a fully functioning card, you will charged a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Nexus cards have a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. For defective items, we usually simply replace it.

Confirmation of your order is sent to you on the day it is shipped, accompanied with a tracking number.
