Defective merchandise:
In the event that your product is deemed defective because of its workmanship, we will replace your product or issue you a credit towards future purchases. Our guarantee will not be guaranteed for any actions or modifications that you may make to your card. You are responsible to obtain the proper accessories and configuration to make your products function properly. This means that if your satellite tuner card is not compatible with your PC's video card or operating system, this is your responsibility. In reality this is a rare case.

One important note:
we do not encourage or promote hacking satellite signals in any way. These products are all legal to sell and own. Simply purchasing a satellite tuner card will not let you decrypt unencrypted signals. The software that comes with your card is to enable you to receive and display MPEG-2 satellite signals, and will in no way decrypt unencrypted channels. this product is identical in nature to a Free-to-Air receiver, a Dishnetwork or DirecTV receiver: without making modifications, it is simply a receiver, noting more, nothing less.

It is true that someone could find software that works with satellite cards to defeat encryption, but nothing in what we sell can "hack a signal". We will not talk about it or help you in any way to break the law. We will not link to hack site either. If this is your aim, leave us out of it, and ask someone else.
